About RTE Health and Performance
Ryan began RTE in the fall of 2014 to serve as a bridge for the recently rehabbed to get back into exercise in a safe, efficient manner. He had his car, bands, a TRX and a BOSU ball to start his dream of helping clients build healthy habits.
In 2020, Ryan became Titleist Performance Institute Certified and RacquetFit Certified, brining his passion to keep people pain free, improving strength and speed to his clients golf and tennis game!
Your input is important and communication is paramount. Whether you already have a goal in mind, or need help with creating them, we can help.
